Poor workmanship

Just received this as a gift with my purchase. Found that the glazing had a bubble in it, which is a cosmetic fault but still doesn't look nice on a brand new tea pot. But the big problem is that the glazing isn't complete around the top of the handle, so there is a crack there. I am afraid to use the tea pot in case the handle breaks off. Disappointed with the workmanship. (This tea pot is a Epoca International, Primula PTCWH-5345-T)
